Beauty is all around us but we spend our days just trying to get from morning to night accomplishing all the things that are on our 'to do' list. My work is about trying to capture the incredible images and magnificence that exist in the most common places. I have traveled all around the United States to mostly small towns and walked slowly through the streets searching for unexpected scenes. I do not set up the shots, I find them.

If we just stop for a second and really look we will find beauty anywhere. My wish is that people will begin to use their own eyes as a camera lens to appreciate the world around them just as it is and that the act of seeing beauty becomes a daily ritual.
